Job hunting?  Wondering what you need to do to stand out in an interview?  Or are you nervous about going on your first job interview?  Then we have the workshop for you!

“Interview Skills for the 21st Century” will be held Tuesday, March 31st at 3 PM here at the library.  This free workshop will be presented by a trainer from the Rensselaer County One-Stop Employment Center.

The Sand Lake Town Library, along with all the other libraries in the Upper Hudson Library System, will be upgrading to a new integrated catalog and circulation system. The system will go-live on Tuesday, March 31st.

What does this mean for you?

1.  As of March 21st, all current item requests will be suspended until the new system is activated on March 31st.

2.  After we migrate to the new system, lists created under your patron account will be erased. To keep a copy, by March 29th, go to your “My List” page under your account and email it to yourself or print it.

3.  Requested items that you have suspended in the current catalog may become active.

Click the link below for more information on the upgrade.
