Story Time -

Thursdays at 11:15 a.m.  Join Ms. MaryMargaret for stories, songs and rhymes.  A simple craft will follow.  No sign up needed.

 

 

Museum Passes -

We offer passes to the following area museums…

Clark Museum, Williamstown, MA (June – October). Pass covers two adults; children are free. Admission to the museum is free Nov. – May.
Norman Rockwell Museum, Stockbridge, MA.   Pass allows admittance for four persons.

 

 

Library Board of Trustees Meetings -

The Board of Trustees meets regularly on the third Thursday of the month at 6:45pm. The public is welcome to attend.

 

 

Displays -

Check out the on-going displays of art work in the William Kennedy Program Room. Every two months we will feature a different local artist.

 

 

Book Group -

The Sand Lake Town Library Book Group meets at 7 pm on the first Wednesday of each month, except July and December, in the William Kennedy Program Room. Reading lists are available at the Library.

Check out the New York State Summer Reading website for games, reading lists and more.
The themes for 2012 are Dream Big READ (kids) and Own the Night (teens).  June 23 the Library will hold its annual fair to kick off the Library’s summer reading program.  Join us for a variety of activities between 11 & 3 and a wildlife show at 1:30pm.  To see what’s going on at the Library in July click here July Calendar and in August click here August Calendar.
