BEST is back for the 2017-2018 school year starting Tuesday, October 17th!  The program will run from 4:00 to 7:00 this year.


BEST (Bringing Educators and Students Together) is here every Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 to 7:00 if your children need any homework help.  This free program is for students in grades 3 through 10 who would like help with homework, organizational skills, study skills and/or strengthening concepts.  No sign up required.  Just stop in anytime between 4:00 and 7:00.


Join us on Wednesday, August 9th at 2:00 PM for our annual Ice Cream Social and Summer Reading Wrap Up.  The Top Reader prizes will be awarded and the raffle prizes will be drawn.  Attendance is not required to win.  Please call the library at 674-5050 if you are planning to attend.

Join us Saturday, August 5th at 11 AM for DIY Spa.  Create fizzy bath bombs and more. Give as gifts or use for your own home spa day.  Ages 12+

Join us this Saturday, July 8th at 11 AM to learn about 3-D Paper Architecture and to create a replica of a famous landmark from paper.  The replicas are very cool!

This class is meant for teens age 16 + and adults.  Sorry for the confusion caused by any misprints regarding the age.

This class will be held at Sand Lake Town Library on Saturday, February 25 from 11 am to 4 pm. PLEASE NOTE THE NEW DATE!


The training will provide the students with skills in safety, first aid, and basic child care. This is a hands on training class that involves mannequins, roll play, and uses videos to help the students learn the necessary skills to provide safe and responsible care for children in the absence of the parents. Participants should bring a lunch, water bottle and pen.
